Strategic Plan 2026

In April 2025 a Strategic Planning Committee of 12 parishioners plus our Rector was formed and tasked with developing a plan that would contain our core values, mission, vision and strategic priorities for the next few years. We asked ourselves these questions: What do we dream of? How will we get there?

The Committee developed a plan over the second half of 2025 with guidance from a church strategic planning consultant with years of experience working with hundreds of churches of all sizes and denominations. The Committee first held listening sessions open to all in the parish either by Zoom or in person.  The data from these sessions (plus the parish survey completed in 2023 for the parish profile) gave the committee input on our dreams, hopes and concerns for our future.   The plan is now complete.
